The new gameplay modes present in this game are:
Fight Lab
Fight Lab is a mode created to help train beginners and experienced Tekken players. Using Combot you will pratice in many activities and missions in order to help you become the ultimate Tekken Fighter.
Tekken Tunes
This mode is really awesome you can change the music settings and the best part is that you can upload your own songs.
Arcade Battle
Arcade Battle its similar with previous tekken arcade battle versions but this time includes the bosses Heihachi, Jinpachi, True Ogre, Jun and Unknown.
Ghost Battle
Just like it was in Tekken 6, the player has to battle through a big amount of opponents.
VS Battle
This mode you can fight 1vs1 or 2vs2 against another oponnent or against CPU.
Team Battle
Pick up eight fighters to your team and more eight to the CPU or a friend of yours and fight in a 8vs8.
Time Attack
Players must complete an Arcade playthrough in the fastest time as possible.
Survival
Fight endless opponents until your health meter dissapears. You will regain a certain amount of health after winning each round.
Practice
This is your training mode.
Multiplayer Match
Challenge your friends in a 2vs2 tag-team battle, 1vs1 or 1vs2.
Pair Play
Up to 4 players can each control a character in the ultimate team battle.
Largest Playable Roster
More than 50 characters to choose from.
New Stages
Fight in your favorite countries around the world.
Environment FX
Clothing condition alters in real-time with water and dirt effects.
New Moves
Each character will have new tag-throws and new tag-combos.
